About eCabs Technologies
Taxi dispatch software from a team that runs a taxi company
eCabs Technologies makes taxi dispatch software and ride-hailing software for taxi companies, private hire operators and dispatch centres. It is one cloud-based taxi dispatch system for everything a fleet runs on: automatic and manual dispatch, a taxi booking system for phone, app and web bookings, a white-label taxi app in your own brand, a driver app, corporate accounts, card payments, taximeter integration and real-time reporting.
We did not build it in a software lab. eCabs has run its own taxi company in Malta for more than 16 years and has competed there with Bolt since 2017 and with Uber since 2022. Core features are proven on that fleet first; country-specific ones, such as fiscal and taximeter rules, are tested with operators in those markets. You get a modern taxi management system from people who have run dispatch, drivers and customer service themselves.

Before you decide
Can we change dispatch systems without disrupting our operation?
That is what the migration blueprint is built around. Each stage is tested with a small group first, readiness criteria and a fallback are agreed in advance, and where it is appropriate your current system keeps running until the agreed cutover. Every operation is different, so the specifics are worked out with you in discovery.
How long does a migration from our current system take?
Dates are agreed after discovery, once we have seen your system, data, integrations and the way your team works. Until then, any date would be a guess. The migration then runs in stages, from configuration and onboarding to a pilot and go-live, and each stage ends with a joint review.
Can we bring our customers and booking history with us?
We import the customer, account, address, booking-history, driver, vehicle, zone and tariff data you can lawfully and practically export from your current system, and check its quality and gaps before anything is imported.
Will our taximeters and fiscal rules still work?
The platform integrates with taximeters, including HALE and Semitron, and with local fiscal requirements; the models and rules that apply to you are confirmed in discovery. TaxiNow in Frankfurt runs taximeter integration and German fiscal compliance on eCabs Technologies.
Do we get our own branded apps?
Yes. The passenger app and the driver app are both in your brand, and your customer data stays your property, not the platform's.
How much does eCabs Technologies cost?
Plans start at €600 a month plus €0.10 per completed trip for up to 5,000 trips a month, with Professional and Growth plans above that and custom Enterprise+ pricing beyond 30,000 trips a month. Your plan is agreed in your contract and reviewed with you periodically.
