Bringing drivers and dispatchers with you

Dispatchers train first, on your real scenarios including peak hours, before any live pilot. Drivers then move across in small groups with training and a named support contact, and issues from each group are resolved before the next one moves, so nobody is asked to change everything at once.

Dispatchers first

  • Train a first group of dispatchers and operational leads on real scenarios
  • Let selected drivers and staff test the driver and rider experience
  • Collect issues and questions, including unusual bookings and peak-hour cases
  • Update configuration, training and support material
  • Agree what must be resolved before the live pilot begins

Drivers in groups

The pilot starts with a small group of drivers. Your own fleet and independent drivers are then onboarded in groups, each with training and support. Materials are prepared in the languages your dispatchers and drivers use.

A driver app drivers want to use

The driver app runs on an ordinary smartphone, with one-tap ride acceptance, earnings and bonus tracking, demand heatmaps, pre-booked rides and paid waiting time.

Adoption takes time

Even when the technology works, a migration can slow down if drivers, dispatchers or riders are not ready for the change. People are used to the tools they have, and some will be sceptical. We plan for this: training around real situations, a clear support contact, time for questions, and readiness criteria that cover people as well as systems. Where a group needs more time, the plan allows for it.

FAQ

Questions operators ask

Will our drivers accept a new app?

Drivers are brought across in small groups with training and a clear support contact, starting with a pilot group, and the driver app runs on an ordinary smartphone. Issues from each group are fixed before the next group moves.

How long do dispatchers need to learn the new system?

Dispatchers train first, on your own real scenarios including peak hours and unusual bookings, before any live pilot. Training and support material are updated from what they find.

Talk to us about your operation

A no-commitment conversation about how your operation works today, and a technical session for your IT lead if that helps. We will tell you honestly what we know, what we would need to find out, and whether a migration makes sense.
