Taxi dispatch software for small fleets
Small taxi companies need a dispatch system that is affordable, simple to run and grows with them. eCabs Technologies starts at €600 a month plus €0.10 per completed trip, with no minimum fleet size, unlimited dispatcher seats, phone booking, your own branded passenger app and a driver app, all cloud-hosted.
What does taxi dispatch software cost for a small fleet?
On the Starter plan, €600 a month plus €0.10 per completed trip, for up to 5,000 trips a month. A small taxi company completing 1,000 trips a month pays €700 a month; at 3,000 trips it pays €900. Prices are also published in USD, GBP, CHF and AUD on the pricing page.
Card payment processing fees from your payment provider are charged separately.
What does a small taxi company get on the Starter plan?
A complete taxi dispatch and booking system, not a cut-down version:
- Rider, driver and dispatcher apps
- A call centre module, so phone bookings go into the same dispatch as app bookings
- Standard routing and ETA
- Dynamic pricing and promo codes
- Card payments and automated driver payouts
- Driver bonuses and gamification
- Operational reporting
- Ticket support
Every plan includes unlimited dispatcher seats and runs on Google Cloud, so there are no servers to buy or look after.
Can a small fleet have its own branded app?
Yes. Your passengers book in an app with your name and your brand, not in a shared app where they also see other taxi companies. Read more about the passenger app.
Can we switch from our current system without disrupting our operation?
That is what the plan is built around. The switch happens in stages, starting with your dispatchers and a small group of drivers, and your current system keeps running until you decide to cut over. See how the switch works.
What happens when the fleet grows?
You move to the next plan by trip volume on the same platform, so you add features rather than change systems. From 5,000 trips a month, Professional adds intelligent dispatch optimisation, open API access, advanced analytics and multi-zone operations.
Who built it?
eCabs Technologies is taxi dispatch software built and run by a taxi operator. Core features are proven on our own fleet in Malta first; country-specific features, such as fiscal and taximeter rules, are tested with operators in those markets.
Operational reporting with Power BI requires customer-managed Microsoft Azure infrastructure and valid Power BI licences.

FAQ
Questions operators ask
Can we switch dispatch systems without disrupting our operation?
That is what the plan is built around. Your current system keeps running underneath every stage until you decide to cut over, so phones, bookings and drivers always have a working system.
What does it cost to switch dispatch systems?
The running cost is the published platform fee plus a fee per completed trip, from €600 a month plus €0.10 per trip. Setup and migration services depend on your systems and data, so they are scoped and quoted after discovery, before you commit. Payment processing fees are charged separately by your payment provider.
Will our drivers accept a new app?
Drivers are brought across in small groups with training and a clear support contact, starting with a pilot group, and the driver app runs on an ordinary smartphone. Issues from each group are fixed before the next group moves.
