The eCabs Technologies Tenant API gives operators programmatic access to customers, bookings, quotations, pricing and vehicles, with API-key authentication and event webhooks.
eCabs Technologies is API-first. The Tenant API gives you access to customers, bookings, quotations, pricing zones, pricing rules, vehicle types, vehicle locations and waiting times, authenticated with an API key, plus events for the ride and payment lifecycle.

Booking partners on the Tenant API
Booking partners connect through the same API. Taxibooker, for example, takes taxi bookings in WhatsApp chats and passes them into an operator’s dispatch: it requests quotations, creates and cancels bookings, and receives booking status, vehicle details and the ride-tracking link. API keys
API keys are issued to operators on the platform. Ask your eCabs Technologies account manager for access.
