We import the customer, account, address, booking-history, driver data, vehicle, zone and tariff data you can lawfully and practically export from your current system. Quality, permissions and gaps are checked before anything is imported, and after the switch your data remains your property.

How the data moves
During discovery we review a real sample export from your current system, together with the agreements that govern access to it, and adapt the plan to what the evidence shows. In setup, a migration and reconciliation plan checks quality, permissions and gaps before import. Before cutover, everything that changed since the first transfer is reconciled.

Dispatchers recognise regular and corporate customers and find their details quickly. That experience is mapped and tested with representative records before wider migration.
Your rights as a data owner
Under the GDPR, a provider processing your customers’ personal data must return or delete it at the end of the contract, at your choice. The EU Data Act also gives customers of cloud software a right to switch providers. With eCabs Technologies, customer data stays the property of the taxi centre, and you have direct access to your own database.

Who owns our data on eCabs Technologies?
