Plans start at €600 a month plus €0.10 per completed trip, for up to 5,000 trips a month. You pay a monthly platform fee plus a fee for each completed trip, your plan is agreed in your contract by expected volume and reviewed periodically, and every plan includes unlimited dispatcher seats.

Pricing questions

How much does a taxi dispatch system cost with eCabs Technologies?

Taxi dispatch system prices start at €600 a month plus €0.10 per completed trip on Starter, for up to 5,000 trips a month. Professional is €999 a month plus €0.13 per trip, Growth is €2,499 a month plus €0.15 per trip, and Enterprise+ above 30,000 trips a month is priced individually.

What counts as a trip?

You pay the per-trip fee for completed trips only. Your plan is set by how many trips you complete in a month.

Is there a limit on dispatchers or users?

No. Every plan includes unlimited dispatcher seats.

Are card payments included?

Card payment functionality is included in every plan. The fees charged by your payment processor apply separately.

What is not included in the monthly price?

Third-party payment processing fees, and Power BI reporting, which needs customer-managed Microsoft Azure and Power BI licences. Cloud hosting is scoped during onboarding and may be billed separately depending on the deployment.

Can I see prices in my currency?

Yes. Prices are published in euros, US dollars, pounds sterling, Swiss francs and Australian dollars.
