Shared taxi app
A single consumer app that sends bookings to many independent taxi centrals, such as taxi.eu.
A shared or network taxi app is one consumer brand used by many independent dispatch centres. Bookings made in the app are passed to the local central’s dispatch system.
Shared apps give small centrals reach, but the app brand and customer relationship belong to the network. When a central changes dispatch system, it needs a plan for the orders that come through the shared app: they reach the central through its current dispatch system, and continued access after a switch is not guaranteed.
