Go/no-go review
A joint decision point at the end of each stage of a switch, where the operator decides to advance, adjust or pause.
A go/no-go review ends each stage of a staged switch. The operator and provider check the stage against readiness criteria agreed in advance, and the operator decides whether to advance, adjust or pause.
