Back-to-back ride
A ride offered to a driver before their current trip ends, so they can go straight from one drop-off to the next pickup.
A back-to-back ride is assigned to a driver while they are still finishing a trip. The driver goes straight from one drop-off to the next pickup, which cuts empty driving, raises earnings and shortens passenger waits.
