Broadcast dispatch
A dispatch method that sends a booking to several nearby drivers at once and gives it to the first driver who accepts.
In broadcast dispatch, a new booking is offered to several drivers at the same time and the first to accept gets it. It is simple and fast, but it can reward the quickest tapper rather than the closest or most suitable driver.
Rule-based automatic dispatch is the usual alternative when an operator wants more control over who gets which job.
