Data portability
The ability to take your data out of one system in a usable format and move it to another.
Data portability means you can export your customer, booking and operational data from a provider and load it into another system. Under the GDPR, a processor must return or delete personal data at the end of a contract, and the EU Data Act gives customers of cloud software a right to switch providers.
